I just found this http://users.aber.ac.uk/mfb/Talk for BCS Leicester.pdf, from an english (well... welsh) university website. Only the first two pages are really of interest, read it if you are interested.

Also pointed out to me was the fact that on TV in the UK it is OK to show a fully naked man or woman in an unaroused fashion, (given that it is late enough and there are warnings), yet it is illegal to show an erect penis. This is why you never see an erect penis on TV, or in print for that matter, in the UK. Well... unless you go to a licenced sex shop. But thats another story entirely.

Also, it is illegal to sell porn over the internet in the UK, and I also believe that it is actually illegal to buy it, though it is not illegal to possess it. Weird.

To summarise: The Law Is An Ass.
